Ladies and gentlemen, I have fallen over the edge into a deep abyss. Somehow convinced by my local quilt shop, I signed up for an all night long (yes, that's right, 12 hours of sewing from 6 pm to 6 am) beginner's class. I now have a finished quilt top. This may seriously cut into my knitting time. This photo was taken around 5:59 am this morning just minutes after stitching my last seam. I can't really believe that I survived it. Oh, what we will endure for our precious hand crafts!
Look out Kaffe. Passionate Patchwork here I come!
I guess you could say that I am enjoying socks. There is something about them...
These are knit with Lorna's Laces Chocolate Mint Stripe, which I am loving. Keeps the feet cool and refreshed all summer long!
Our first year of marriage went by in a flash! I can't believe it was a year ago today. I can't wait for what's to come.

I have finished the armhole decreases on the back. Now I'm on the straightaway. Won't be long 'til the back piece is finished.
My knitting attention span is very short these days. I can't seem to stay on one project for very long. Oh well, they say variety is the spice of life. I may as well enjoy!
I finished the first Go With the Flow sock. A very unflattering picture of my leg...but I love the sock. I am using Melenweit Cotton Fun n Stripe yarn.
I'm spending my knitting time unpacking into my new house! But I'm trying to sneak in a few rows every now and then.
