Hello
I thought I would post something...it's been way too long. I have been terribly busy with wedding plans and big changes at work. Hasn't been much time for knitting lately, but I anticipate some R + R time very soon. How's everyone's cardi rayes coming along?

Birthday Booty
Thanks to those of you who wished me a happy Cinco de Mayo birthday! It actually was a really lousy week due to some major work issues, but I had a few great moments thanks to my family and friends.
My mom sent me an awesome knitting birthday care package. I am now the proud owner of a Lantern Moon basket. I've always longed for one...after hearing about everyone else's WIP basket.
She also sent me some great Lantern Moon needles, some Crystal Palace dpns and some yarn for a summer tank pattern that she picked out for me. The solid yarn pictured is for Polka Purl Dots, which I think sounds better as Polka Dot Purls.
Off to the movies for a night of R & R.
