Finally

My Cascade 220 arrived in the mail last night, so I started the French Market Bag this morning. I was a few inches in when I realized that I was increasing every row instead of every other row, so I frogged it and started over. The body of the bag will be light teal blue. More to come soon...

I'm starting the FMB tonight. I got some Cherry Tree Potluck Wool in shades of blue and purple. I did practice working the square with Wool Ease, so I could get used to knitting in the round on four needles.

Your picture is very helpful too.

Angela, I'm impressed that you got it going on the dpn's. I couldn't for the life of me make it work, so I did the alternate method. I'm looking forward to seeing your finished result. Cascade 220 felts beautifully. What a neat surprise box of yarn that fell into your lap. You've acquired stash without any damage to your credit card...there's something to daydream about!
