There's a monkey in my bed

I came home from running a few errands, and I found Monkey taking a little nap. I guess it's tiring to monkey around all day long.

Saturday's trip to the public library didn't yield much. I think some other nutter is also on an Alice Starmore kick, because there was a giant gap in the S's where her 10 or so books should have been, and I was only able to find Celtic Knits, which I think is actually still fairly easy to find. What a bust! Oh well, like I have time to delve into fair isle right now anyway. I can't even finish simple ribbing!

Did anyone attempt to watch HBO's Angels in America? Funny how none of the advertising ever revealed that it was an AIDS film. It was like watching bad theater.

It has been fun seeing everyone's holiday projects take shape. Too bad I am selfish and only want to knit for myself right now. Just making up for the first year of knitting where I only knit for other people.
